The Ask: Position Macy's as the ultimate destination for gift-giving across all holidays.

The Strategy: We pitched a high-concept collaboration with Bridgerton, using Mother's Day as the strategic proof-of-concept. The campaign fused Macy’s heritage with the viral "Regencycore" trend, creating an immersive shopping experience.

The Insight: By focusing on experiential retail and placing the brand at the center of the cultural zeitgeist, we showed how Macy's can move beyond transactions to create emotional connections that drive loyalty year-round.
